This land is located at the very western end of Maxatawny Township, Berks Co., PA just west of Kutztown. It lies partly in Richmond Twp. to the southwest and Greenwich Twp. to the northwest. The property was granted to him by a warrant dated May 7, 1734. The land is still being farmed.
