Hettie Haag was born Mar 19, 1862, the youngest of six children of Benneville Knauss Haag and Sarah Shuck. She became the wife of Clarence Augustus Chapin, and resided on east Broadway in Milton, PA in a large brick home, known as "The Ivies", shown below. Hettie died on Feb 13, 1935, and is buried in the Milton Cemetery.
