Annie Louisa Supplee was born Apr 12, 1849, in Philadelphia, the youngest of three children of Andrew Hooven Supplee and Mary Jane Long. Her brother James died a young man, and her second brother died at birth. She was married to Albert Cadwallader in Germantown, PA, on Apr 20, 1861. The couple had eight children: Gertrude, Austin, Seth, Andrew, Mary, Katherine, Bertha, and James. Annie died on Sep 15, 1905, at the home of her son, Seth Iredell Cadwallader, M.D., in Kinzua, McKean County, PA and is buried in the Milton Upper Cemetery.
